Practice Loop

Practice Loop

The loop that embodies knowledge in people through deliberate, pressure-hardened practice; tempo seconds to minutes; vehicle: Sales Kung Fu.

The practice loop is the fastest of the three. It converts knowing into embodied doing through repetition, feedback and pressure, so that the right behaviour survives the moment of truth. Its output is people who can carry change into organisations, which is what the Operating System Loop needs as input.

Practising harder than reality is not a martial-arts metaphor. It is the evidence-based prescription: whether learning transfers depends less on the course than on the surrounding system of feedback, support and opportunity to perform. The Sales Kung Fu 销售功夫 two Bases, six Gates and sixteen Skills are that system, for the highest-stakes conversations in B2B sales and innovation leadership.
