Andreas Fauler works on the gap between what research knows and what institutions do. He calls the answer Realisation Infrastructure: three coupled loops, practice, operating system and research, governed by a plural constitution. He is lead author and orchestrator of the ⿻ Plural Stack, the RadicalxChange framework for digital infrastructure that resists capture, a contributor to Plurality by Audrey Tang and Glen Weyl, and co-initiator of Plurality DACH. Before that: 25 years on the operator side of enterprise technology at IBM, Novell, SuccessFactors, SAP, Arago and Celonis, an early contributor to GAIA-X, founding member of the Rocketstar Foundation and the Ocean Enterprise Collective. Andreas Fauler is a bridger: he carries what the research frontier has written into production, and real-world evidence back into research. His point of view is that civilisation's bottleneck is no longer invention but realisation. The most important ideas of our time, plural technology, privacy-preserving data collaboration, AI that augments rather than replaces human cooperation, are researched; what is missing is the craft of making them real in enterprises, institutions and democracies. He names that craft Realisation Infrastructure: a practice loop that embodies knowledge in people, an operating system loop that installs it into organisations with software as the carrier, a research loop that feeds evidence back, and a plural constitution above them that decides where the surplus goes. On the research side he is lead author and orchestrator of the ⿻ Plural Stack (RadicalxChange, 2026), a contributor to Plurality by Audrey Tang, E. Glen Weyl and the ⿻ community, and co-initiator of Plurality DACH. On the operator side he spent 25 years in enterprise technology at IBM, Novell, SuccessFactors, SAP, Arago and Celonis, was an early contributor to GAIA-X and to Ocean Protocol's reference paper, and is a founding member of the Rocketstar Foundation and the Ocean Enterprise Collective.
