AOA

Ambidextrous Organisation Acceleration: the research-and-measurement programme that operationalises ambidexterity on six organisational scales across four levers and instruments every deployment.

Tapir blog, April 2026

AOA is built on top of SaoC. It operationalises organisational ambidexterity on six scales, from the individual to the ecosystem, across four universal levers: leadership, networks, culture, psychological safety. And it instruments every deployment, so that exploration capacity stops being a survey answer and becomes an operational metric with a baseline, an intervention and a benchmark.

SaoC installs the change; AOA measures whether it took hold, and feeds what works back into the next deployment. Together they answer the finding that even perfect knowledge transfer fails in implementation: implementation itself must become the instrumented, evidence-generating act.
